2012 Valentine's Event

Our Valentine's Event is always a self run dinner with courses selected by the Executives to please our wives and/or significant other.

The menu tonight included:

Amuse Bouche - Tabolueh with Quail Confit , Lobster Espresso.
First Course: Seafood Crepe with Poached Salmon and Crab with Ginger/Carrot Emulsion.
Intermezzo: Pear Sorbet
Main Course: Lamb Dou, Roasted Leg Of Lamb and Braised Lamb Shank with White Truffle, Sweet Corn and Goat Cheese Polenta
Cheese Course: Blue Cheesecake.
Dessert Course: Deconstructed Baked Alaska
Finale: Chocolate Truffles Three Ways
