This was our first Event at our new venue. We did a test run to get acquainted with the facility and figure out what we will need to bring with us for future Events. We made a simple pea and ginger soup, Swordfish with fennel, herb crusted beef tenderloin and ginger ice cream.

Spinach puree was also very tasty.
