Paul was our Chef for tonight. The menu is: 1st Course: Iceberg Wedge with blue cheese dressing 2nd Course: Modernist Mac 'n Cheese with lobster, tomato and peas. 3rd Course: Sous Vide Hanger Steak, horseradish hollandaise sauce, steamed asparagus - vinaigrette, Sweet Potato Gratin ala Chef Claude 4th Course: Decadent Flourless Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake.

The Ides of March is upon us and we are ready for some great food with returning Guest Chef Justice Stewart. Tonight's menu is: 1st course- emu filet served with spicy chimichurri on top of a seasoned crostini 2nd course- chicory salad with Roquefort cheese 3rd course- butternut squash risotto with wild boar lardons and elk medallions 4th course- red wine poached pears with whipped cream
