First Course: Kombu Cured Fluke, Cranky Cucumbers
Second Course: Mushroom Dashi, Chive Omelette, Eggplant Caviar
Third Course: Koji Duck Breast, Roasted Pear, Buckwheat Noodles, Miso Caramel
